Those documents take precedence over anything on this page, and nothing here limits what we owe you under them.

Horizech is a group of separately registered companies. Products, games and developer tools are published by Horizech LLC and are covered by the terms at horizech.com; UK and European client engagements are with Horizech LTD under the terms at horizech.co.uk. Your agreement here is with Horizech SMC-Pvt Ltd alone.

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own or your organisation's use.

You may not:

• use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any server or database behind it;
• introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service;
• systematically extract its content to build a database or a competing service.

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics and the Horizech name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Horizech and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing on the site transfers any of those rights to you. Ownership of work produced under an employment, contractor or client agreement is dealt with in that agreement, not here.
